The Grove

A shaded woodland area beneath mature oaks and pines. Primary site for forest immersion and sound scape sessions. Flat, established trails with resting benches.

Open sunlit meadow bordered by low shrubs and wildflowers

The Meadow

An open grassland clearing with views of the surrounding hills. Used for earthing practice and morning grounding sessions. Sun exposure varies by season.

Shallow creek with clear water flowing over rounded stones

The Creek

A seasonal waterway with smooth stones and overhanging willows. Available for cold water practice during appropriate months. Always supervised.

Access & Preparation

All sanctuary locations are within a 30-minute drive from our Tujunga base. Directions and parking information are provided upon registration for any session or retreat.

Participants should wear comfortable walking shoes, bring water, and dress in layers appropriate for mountain foothill weather. Sun protection is recommended year-round.
